The points Stated on the article published on April 28, sound more like the Government is Trying to hide behind this law so its officers can be racist legally and openly. It is impossible to think that enforcers will not base his or her judgment solely on the way the victim looks. What if a legal immigrant got his papers stolen an hour before he was caught? Obviously officers will not believe that excuse.
I'm wondering if the USA has forgotten that not only their country is composed more than half of illegal immigrants, that they themselves are immigrants, and that their country depends on illegal immigrants to survive. Their businesses abuse these immigrants, (not to mention contribute to the problem by hiring them as well).
